YES! (Young and Emerging Scholars) is the IGU Gender and Geography Commission’s platform for early career feminist geographers. YES! was officially launched in 2016 during the Commission’s pre-conference in Barcelona. The aim of YES! is to create opportunities for networking, mentoring and sharing. Over the years YES! has organised in-person and online events that showcase early career research, scholarship and feminist concerns. YES! firmly believes in peer-to-peer support and is committed to advancing communication and sharing between feminists geographers in the Global North and South, and across generations.
